Pan Crypto Labs

Head of Accelerator & General Partner, February 2023 - June 2024

  • Pancrypto Lab's Accelerator is Web3's first marketing accelerator where I lead Strategic Growth, architecting and executing cross-channel strategies that skyrocket user acquisition and drive platforms to success. With a current AUM of $10 million in under a year.

  • Forged strategic partnerships with Polygon, Aptos, Cardano, Shardeum, Filecoin, Supra Oracles, Avalanche, and Stack OS, securing mentorship and technical resources, thus enhancing market penetration and support for accelerator cohorts.

  • Built a deal-flow pipeline and due diligence mechanisms for quality start-ups amongst a pipeline of over 1200+ start-ups.

  • I engineered a seismic shift for Bluewillow, catapulting its user base from 15,000 to a staggering 2.2 million. This exponential surge not only fortified Bluewillow's standing but also sealed its acquisition by Limewire—an undeniable testament to the power and impact of our growth strategies.

  • Launched and hosted a podcast to grow to over 200% MoM

  • In addition, I spearheaded Multichainz's ascent as a dominant force in Defi lending, propelling it from ground zero to a formidable user base of 45,000. This pivotal milestone paved the way for a colossal $35 million fundraising coup along with listings on Republic and Coinlist, showcasing the game-changing influence of our Strategic Growth initiatives in the Web3 sphere.

Cointelegraph

Head of Growth Marketing, January 2022 - March 2023

  • I joined Cointelegraph at the peak of the 2022 bull market into CT Studios to assist with strategy as a growth marketing strategist. I initially worked with the Director of Operations to build out everything from GTM roadmaps to reporting and analysis of clients as well as things like competitive analysis and audit reports. All of these clients are spread out from 20+ different geographic and demographic compositions.

  • I quickly became an integral strategic piece in understanding insights and recommending pathways to grow on KPIs not just for clients of CT Studio but all other departments of Cointelegraph, leading Growth Strategies across all of them.

  • I was also responsible for representing the team for events in India, Singapore and Dubai, bringing in over 200+ leads into the company

  • I also helped in marketing operation efforts such as revamping the Cointelegraph Markets Pro product-market positioning to put it on a clear pathway to growing market share and sales

Marketing Strategist, July 2021 - January 2022

  • Post the Reserve Bank of India lifting the ban on crypto in India on Feb 2021, I decided to jump back into the world of crypto, at the time I had a moment of revelation in which I realized that my love of tech and my ability to bring my skills to that passion drove me, in a way that working at bureaucratic, slow-paced Non-profits just couldn’t allow for.

  • I decided on joining Coinswitch at a pivotal point in their growth journey. The company had just raised funds in April of that year and was expanding from a team of 50 to 250 in the span of 6 months. Redefining how that story was being communicated to the outside world was critical and that's where my experience and skillset came into play.

  • I worked directly with the CBO, CEO, and Head of Communications to strategize and develop their thought leadership in the Indian Crypto Ecosystem, and help center them in conversations that were pivotal at a time in which India became the number #1 adopter of crypto in the world

  • Additionally, I Led the Employer Branding Initiatives on the road to hiring more than 250+ employees in the company, working with the Head of HR to implement these strategies, which proved pivotal in hiring the right kind of talent

Head of Marketing and Communications, July 2020-July 2021

  • After spending more than 2 years at PLF, I got to work with a think tank based out of Belgium to build out their communications department from the ground up. I worked directly with Executive Director to build out a team of 20+ executives to drive all marketing and communications initiatives for the NGO, allowing me to continue my efforts to give back to the community

  • My responsibilities involved tracking, reporting, and building KPIs across marketing channels as well as partner channels

  • My efforts included defining new objectives for the growth of the organization but also leading all policy discussions and partnerships with the UN, and local and foreign governments to transition policy recommendations into formal diplomatic action.

  • The operational responsibility of this role also required me to work with counterparts from across 36+ countries, leading marketing and communications across departments and partners.

  • I also individually led all advocacy efforts across the organization, from organizing events to meetings with government officials to officiate our policy efforts on the ground.
